Change the water neck to the 320 model. It is without the rear facing outlet to the top of the 32/36 intake. Before you mount the intake and carb, rotate your brake booster so the vacuum line is pointing down. Unbolt the MC, unbolt the booster, Pull the pin by the reverse light switch and spin the booster 180. Now your vac line will be easier. Careful not to drop the damned pin or snap clip. I'm heading to the garage to fish mine out now. I'm in the middle of this right now too.
