K Funk that is close but I think that is the '37 as the front doors look a little rounder, and on the other pic I saw of it were rear-hinged, AKA 'suicide'. But the wire wheels and colour look right.
Harry, nothing would surprise me in Cuba. I have heard of 2 gullwings there, but have not seen them.
Unfortunately there was a time, I think the early nineties "the special period" after the USSR pulled out, that they allowed some of the cars to be exported and I was told the Italians got in and grabbed all the Maseratis and Ferraris. But I'm sure they didn't get them all.
