If the torque requirement is higher than your wrench, you can use your weight on a breaker bar by calculating how far from the nut you have to stand to generate the requisite torque.
For example, if you weigh 150 lbs and the required torque is 300 ft lbs, you must stand two feet from the nut being torqued.
