DCOE's do not but they are pressure sensitive 3 1/2 to 4 lbs no more.

The 32/36 line's actually a feed for the next carb down the line.
You can buy a fuel inlet fitting for the DCOE that has that feed as well-
if you need it.
But no, none of them have a recirculating port like EFI does..
