i think you need to add
"electrical issues"
and
"Po modifications or mysterious items on the car" like tons of wires added and fuses holders here and there,...that hide very wrong repairs and potential hard to solve electrical issues for the average diy.

Also try....

Brian (PRSNCAT) was putting the above site together a couple years ago. It is incomplete in some areas, but still has some remaining good information. I know that I provided him with some shock tower rust examples for use on it.

Here's my where to look "rust list" (i.e. "structural"), pasted from another recent thread.

(1) in the firewall and inner rocker panels where the fenders attach,
(2) the driver and front passanger floor pans and fire wall, both sides,
(3) pull the back seat (both bottom and back) and inspect the floor around the subframe bolts and the shock towers. The shock towers should also be solid on the trunk side,
(4) the spare tire well and the floor pan support for the gas tank (have to get under the car).
(5) Inside the trunk around the bolts where the rear bumper attaches.

Roger

A couple rust add-ons:
(6) on sunroof car - rocker panels under the the door pillar, ask owner if sunroof drain tube routing has been altered.
(7) front frame rails - prod with a screwdriver, if it breaks through you haven't damaged anything that wasn't already toast.
(8) pedal box, lift up molder rubber "sound absorber" and shine a flashlight inside the pedal box looking for rust and standing brake fluid.
