Dear Admin,
I tried to register about 3 weeks ago, got no errors on any of the registration pages, but never got the email confirmation.
user name: bfeng
user email: bfeng7@yahoo.com

Today I tried again, but still no confirmation email.
Here's what I get when I try to submit a new registration:

Sorry, but that e-mail address is already registered to a user.

"Sorry, but that email address is already registered to a user"

If I try to retrive a "lost password," then I get the message that the account is inactive.

So, please help me find a way to register and get the all important registration confirmation email.

Your spam filter most likely took the email out of your mail box. According to the software, the account is active.
