That sucks.... but to take us off-topic with the first post, I'd like to know what you think about Philly. I've got a company bugging me that wants to give me a job in neurophysiology. They want me to do a fellowship for about a year in Philadelphia, then I can work elsewhere in the northeast.
Philadelphia doesn't sound appealing to me at all, but I've never been there. I may come over for a visit sometime in the next couple weeks to check it out, and decide whether the company is for me.
Oh, and if I'm there I'll pass you with my 02 and wave back. :) _________________ 1974 2002, 4224479, #74 EP/FSP, daily driver, track toy

Same thing happened to me once, but I wasn't in my '02..I was in my "old" E28 M5....I came up on a newer M5, and I just knew the guy would give me a wave or something...I was right there! I looked over to wave, thumbs up , etc. and he had "no damn clue"...just some rich bastard in a new M5...he probably didn't even care it was an M5. Amazes me, it really amazes me how many non-enthusiasts are out there driving really nice Bimmers! ...and they're "clueless!!
As for Philly, the other poster needs to come down and take a look. It's a mixed bag...depends on what you like and where you will work. Traffic has got to be as bad as LA with a gazillion "less" lanes to travel in! It's not my cup of tea, but Philly has lots of history, neat artchitecture, close to lots of places. Not many Bimmers in Ohio...but there are tons of em in the Philly area (I know, my son lives in Ohio). _________________ Mit freundlichen Grüßen

I can't flash my lights anymore. My low beams are halogens and my high beams are xenons. It takes the xenons about 5 seconds to power up, so probably can't see them if I attempted a flash. Just letting everyone know in advance that if I could, I would. Maybe you'll just have to listen for a "beep beep". _________________ "It's what you feel, not what you ought to.
