Hey 02ers,
It's time for: the 9th annual "Not the 49 mile scenic drive" rallye.
It's a rallye that requires you to follow clues and answer questions that relate to the scenery and places you drive past. After the drive we have lunch. The drive takes place within San Francisco city limits. We had fun the last 8 years and it should be just as whacky this time.

Meeting Place:
The Ocean Beach parking lot on the Great Hwy. across the street from the Beach Chalet. We meet at 10 am.

it's a fun event, even my reluctant vintage car companion enjoyed it last year.

Yes, I hope to see you guys at the rallye and maybe Trader Joe's.
(I shop at the Geary/Masonic in San Francisco store)

People have been asking me what the date is. I think I forgot to include that information in the message, although it's on our site.

So, the date is Saturday, December 9th.

See you there,
JP

JP,

Thanks again for putting together the 9th annual drive for us in the Bay Area. The vistas were really good!

For those of you who chickened out because of the weather-there wasn't any during the drive.

We'll be there again next year!

JP-

I think I can make it--this'll be my inaugural Bay Area '02 meet! I'll bring a friend along who's usually behind the wheel of a San Jose built, 4 spd, '65 Caspian Blue Mustang convertible (maybe I can convert him to '02's???).

Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Wendell,

You might want to look at the date of the original post.
