That is for a pair of them at that! I think I just got a steal of a deal on ebay. (I was the only bidder too.) Wouldn't these normally be more like 10 times that price? And the post office didn't stiff me for taxes, duty or handling fee either.
Sometimes I pay too much for parts on ebay, but sometimes, I find great deals around the the globe on ebay.

Front or rear? The rears (on an e30) are pretty cheap but no where near that cheap. I'd say it is a steal! Congratulations!

Yup, they are exactly what I wanted and they showed up in today's mail. They are the 77 E21 vented front ones for the big brake upgrade.
