Peter has put my former 73 Bav up for sale,
http://losangeles.craigslist.org/wst/pts/194305939.html 73 Bavaria, 3.3L from 79 E24 along with 4 speed. The Bavaria was originally an automatic, whole drive train from the E24 went into the Bavaria. The Bav was also converted to EFI. Ceylon (has tan interior) is a rare color for a 2002 and it's very rare for a E3 & E9. Car had H1/H4's when I had it, guess it still does. Has manual sunroof and windows. If I had room, I would buy it back, I kept the Alpina wheels that were on the Bav, it now has E28 bottlecaps. The ceylon paint is faded and there are a few minor dents on the body. This is an original So Cal blue plate Bav. For $850, it's a deal. It's not perfect due to the paint and minor dents but it has incredible potential. email Peter at
coupeking@aol.com for more info.
I can vouch for this car, I do miss it, it does run.
