problem of small business growing pains (he just acquired a 2nd business)at the same time his own vehicles are giving him fits, and I get the impression that he's running about 90 mph trying to keep up with everything.

U.S post is notorious for screwing stuff up. Just talk to Chuck livingston and how he thought I may of fallen off the face of the planet or stiffed him.. Or his door panel Debacle...

If he hasn't answered his email why would he be on the faq?

I've been getting parts shipped to me for over 5 years via USPS. Never had a problem, never taken more than 7 or 8 business days. Never.

Take that for what its worth..

. I sent a envelope with a money order to Chuck livingston. Somehow between Vancouver and where he lived the address got erased. I'm not joking. It only took the postal service 3 months to get it back....

My door seals from blunt got held up at the border and it took nearly a month. Your mileage may very.

It shouldn't matter if you are running 2 businesses or 5 you still should reply to emails or calls at least within a week if someone has sent you money and expects parts to arrive. Other businesses get lambasted on this forum for doing that like TEP, Max, 2002ad, etc. Al must be immune for some reason. Maybe TEP does interiors

K-Swiss must be the secretary or dimplomatic advisor. Wonder why Al doesn't have time to answer but has time to do other stuff after work.

Flaky
