you'd think that al would've called you after this....i guess he got right on top of the important things |
You mean the important things like WORKING IN MY SHOP to fill orders??? I was in there all afternoon today, and I'll be back at work again tomorrow, FILLING ORDERS! Have you ever worked an 80 hour work week?
Esty, I am DONE biting my tongue, and walking on eggshells around you. You've pissed me off too god damned much now, and I've had it. I tried phoning you so we could have a rational discussion, but you're an irrational person, and you never returned my call. I've tried posting the evidence I gathered, calling you out for the fraud, and trouble maker you are, but that never helped. You've left me with this as my last option to deal with you. Well, short of flying to Byhalia and drowning you in a fucking river, but I'm not a violent person....yet. So, here it is.......
SHUT THE FUCK UP, you stupid douchebag! I'm sick of your shit. You were never even a customer, or even wanted to be. You're a pathetic, lifeless shell of a human, and I wish for terrible things to happen to you. You really need to find a hobby that doesn't involve being a useless cunt, and turn some of your negative energy to good use. You make me want to quit dealing with the 02 community as a whole, but I know better than that. In the 12 years I've been involved in these wonderful little cars, I've met less than a handful of people I disliked. YOU, are in that group of course. I've worked with hundreds of people in my business, and 99.5% of them make me want to keep doing what I'm doing. It's that last 0.5%(YOU), that make me sick, and make me reconsider all mail order work, and simply continue working in the local markets. Believe me, I am NOT getting rich off selling $220 nylon carpet sets, or $70 door boards. Hell, I even lose money when I sell $900 Recaro seats. Very little of what I do in the 02 community puts real money in my pocket, but I do it anyway, and want to continue doing it. Trust me, I am MORE than busy enough with local work, and repeat customers, that I do not need to deal with a twat like you. I guess I'm a sucker for punishment, but that's life. I've apologised to everyone who has ever received an order late, and I always do what I can to make it right. All I can do is try to do the best job I can, and sometimes, deadlines don't let me do that. I would rather kill a deadline, than lose quality. If it means that I work 80 hours per week in the shop, and don't answer the phone, that's fine with me. I've already explained what I'm doing to correct that problem anyway, so don't bother with some bullshit, smartass comment, got it?
I'm tired.....no I'm exhausted. REALLY seriously fucking exhausted, and I want to go to bed now. I can't though, because I have more work to do. Hell, maybe when I get a minute, I'll book a flight to Memphis, and come pay you a visit. Wouldn't THAT be fun? I sure think it would.
I know I'm going to catch hell for typing what I just did, but I don't care anymore. You're a useless bitch, and anyone who matters, already knows that. I may lose some orders because of what I typed, but that's just life. You should take this whole post, put it in your blog, and then fucking smoke it, you cunt. I'm done with you, and I'm done with this shit. Fuck off.
Sincerest FUCK YOU,
Al Larson
ps - Enjoy your shitty carpet set. I bought one of them to take it apart, and everything I said about it in my earlier posts was true. It's crappy material, it's sewn poorly, and it doesn't fit worth a damn. I tried to fit it into my 67 1600, and it was lumpy, bumpy, and cut all wrong. You really, truly get what you pay for. You earned that miserable carpet set, every crappy thread of it. _________________ 67 1600

Glad to see you posted my reply on your blog, thanks. Your bullshit no longer bothers me, so feel free to spout what you would like, got it? Anyone who really matters, knows you're a fruit basket whackjob anyway, and you have the credibility of a house fly.
As for "helping" me run my business, and deal with my "woes" well perhaps you can tell me where to hire to more staff members, that can not only do the job, but do it to the exacting, precise levels of excellence that I require? It's not as easy as staffing your whore house, I'm sure. My only other problem at the moment is trying to decide which car I want to buy, a 2006 C230, or a 2006 Volvo V50. Perhaps you have some insight on one of those? Perhaps I should ask which one comes with Kirker paint, oversprayed brake lines, and a shitty carpet set.

Are you f'ing kidding me Mr. Canuck. You are now the resident idiot. You actually beleive your own BS.
Granted Esty is a bit nutz, but you sir are a real piece of work.
So now you are going to show off that you are buying a psedo luxury car on lease no doubt. Big shit!
I have never scruitinized your carpets but I have seen your seat work at shows and in our club and have been less then impressed. I saw no less then 4 pairs of your seats at last years show and shine and for you to be speak about "precise levels of excellence" is a joke.
Your foam work is OK, your stiching is OK, your materials are nice. You sell an OK product. Not a great product, not an excellent product just mediocre. Your work would not be acceptbile in circles of many other marques - please don't kid yourself or others.
So keep it up buddy you lose more and more credibility as time goes on. The fact you don't seem to answer any enquiries from clients and prospective clients, your attack on esty (yes she is crazy but do you need to use words like Sh!t Fu#k talking about drowning people NOT COOL. Very cool buddy. We keep reading about lost shipments (man you must be unlucky)Keep it up hotshot.

for starters, i'd advise you to ditch all personal joys such as chasing new cars until you get those that sent you money taken care of...and if that's what you're gonna do anyway, don't rub it in by letting the waiting customers know you're tending to your priorities before theirs...you just told them, you're new car is more important than their order that you've had on the table for 6 weeks
but you don't want my advice or anyone's...do you big guy, you already know what you're gonna do and how you're gonna do it....and rightfully so...it is your business afterall....win, lose or draw?
i wouldn't worry about it though dude....there seems to be ample demand for your services...i'll just relish in pointing out your misses each time one occurs...which also seems to be in demand
and pat....i don't give a rat's ass if anyone listens to what i have to say or not....listening to esty's always optional...i'm not campaigning for queen of FAQ just participating.....life's not always a fairy tale dude...

Esty Esty Esty, you don't have a clue. Yes, I'm buying a new car, but it's not nearly as important as my customers. In fact, the reason I'm buying a new car is so that I can do my job better. My 533i broke down on my way to the border, so I could pick up a whole assload of materials I ordered into my Washington address. Because my car broke down, I was unable to pick the stuff up, and it sat down there for another week. Sometimes, a new car is NOT a luxury, but a necessity. I think a luxury is having several older cars, paid for. Not a monthly car payment. Besides, it;s not Seams Perfect that is paying for it, it's the new shop. Buying the new shop has enabled me to breathe a little bit more financially, and grow Seams Perfect at a pace that I want, get it? Not sure why I'm justifying any of this to you, but there it is.
Mr. Noname,
Sign a name to your post, or fuck off.

For f*ck's sake....
Al mentioned that he doesn't currently have an operational car. So...he's getting a new one. Good for him. You are questioning a person's ethics and integrity and of course, this is going to lead to a thread like this.
How about people read into the posted comments and come up with their own conclusions? Esty.....thanks for the *favor* of pointing out flaws.......but let us make up are own minds. Also, I'm really asking you here to please stop posting personal email excerpts.
Also, how about you leave your dispute w/ Al just at something like this....when replying to a thread inquiring about Al's work: "I wouldn't recommend using Seams Perfect for reasons 1,2,3.... Short, sweet, succinct....END.
Al, I definitely understand how you'd get incredibly defensive about your livelihood. However, leave out the language and veiled threats at violence.
She's entitled to state her preferences for other providers. She did, you reacted and now the entire thing has come to extreme vitriol.
You have no need to comment on anything she says except to perhaps, pass along recommendations that satisfied customers would be willing to have shared. This is particularly the case when a newbie asks about interiors, etc... Seriously, your reply really doesn't make you look very good. Just let...it...go.
As for Al's defenders.....shut up. He doesn't need your defense or your attacks on esty. What Al needs is to do good work, have satisfied customers or customers that are A-OK with his communication with any/all slippage of completion dates. If Al has enough happy or satsified customers, he'll be doing just fine. KSwiss, et all....you really aren't helping him.
Deep breaths people......
Having said that, Al's a friend and I like his work. I'll be using Seams Perfect and I do understand that it may take longer than I'd hoped or was promised. I'm OK with that.
Lastly, BMW2002FAQ board owners, I understand this is the board for free expression. Well, not everyone can accept the responsibility of 100% freedom and liberty. So, please...please...please....edit threads from time to time IF they've come to something like this.
