In CA, 76 and above still have to under go CA smog testing and it's a bitch to get a 30 year old car with carbs to pass the CA smog test. There are lots of minimal to no rust 76 2002's in CA that would be great for out of state buyers who don't have to deal with smog. Just make sure you leave all the 75 and earlier 2002's here in CA, you can have the 76 02's.
