and armrests of a '74 2002 I had years ago, cleaned them up very nice. I then worked in a little saddle soap to keep the vinyl soft. That's the thing with a tan interior, shows up the dirt more, whereas my other 2002, with the marine blue vinyl didn't.

costs about $8/gal @ Home Depot, can be used straight or diluted. For most purposes, I put the stuff in an old Armorall or Vinylex spray bottle undiluted and spray it directly on surface to be cleaned.
For your seats, best bet will be to remove 'em from the car, spray a fair amount of N/O directly on them, scrub with a semi-soft bristle brush, then rinse with clear water. Best to work on sunny day when you can leave the seats out in the sun to dry - you'll be amazed at how clean they come.....
BTW, once you get 'em clean, start using Vinylex on them to keep the vinyl in good shape.
