Subject: Bavaria Parts?

There is a complete 74 Bavaria at the local pick and pull. Anything in particular I should try to snag? Actually, it looks way to good to be there, but it's on a raised platform, so apparently they know it's special, too.

Subject: If it has a sunroof, check for a pop-up wind deflector -

Bavaria's used the same Golde sunroofs as '02s, so you might get lucky.

Bavaria speedo cables are quite a bit longer than '02 cables and will work for 5 speed conversions; it's a long shot, but check for a 5 speed (especially a CR) - they're in desireable in the E3 / E9 / E21 / E24 world for 5 speed conversions.

I know it's a PITA to do in a PNP but I really could use a set of Bav E3 front controll arms that are in good shape. They'll be going in our '76 2002 LeMons car...

And even an article in the San Francisco Chronicle!!!

Don't worry if you don't feel like pulling them; I've got many other sources.

Oh yeah, the Bav fuel pump is a good one for '02s too.

If it has got Webers, there's two you can sell to '02ers...

Hi,
i need the ignition switch which is in the collumn.
it is very easy to remove. a small jewlers screwdriver
is what is used to back out the red painted head of the
flat screw type set screw. it has a white plastic
connector above the collumn that pulls out.
let me know
thanks

Subject: Bavaria Parts? Clarification...

Sorry, I should have been more clear: I was asking about parts that would be interchangeable with an 02 or e21 that I ought to snag for either of my cars.
