Subject: Craigslist search function question

Does anybody know of a way to search larger portions of the Craigslist database at one time? For example, as opposed to searching just the SF Bay Area for a given item, is there a way to simultaneously search all of California for the item, vs. searching each region inidividually?

craigslist+item and see what it brings up.
