Here are some pics of a sunvisor for a 2002 on yahoo.co.jp auction site for your enjoyment. I have never seen such an item for an '02 before. It looks like an aftermarket jobbie. The extremely loose translation is:

BMW 2002 roof visor at that time the thing

It is the front fool visor which is removed from BMW 2002.
It is the part which is not happened to see easily.
