like they have on the e30tech forum. I found it useful looking up common discussions about the same topics regarding the M20 and the like. They also have a Group Buy section that I thought was pretty cool. That way you can just go to that category and see what people have gotten together before and what is currently popular. The gallery with the photos of members cars and stats is great too. The British have a site www.e30zone.co.uk and they've got a lot of cool write ups with mods and stats. I'm sure you guys have already heard these ideas, but after seeing their sites I thought I'd share.

i do enjoy the site. kudos to Steve, Rob and all those behind the scenes making this site a reality. here's to building a 2.7, 2.8 or 3.0L!
