Doesn't that look rediculously small??

The problem I'm having is what program can I use to change the KB? I'm a little PC illiterate in this area. What I did was (using Irfanview) I kept reducing the size in width & height (in pixels) until the end result equaled <12KB.
Perhaps you have a way (program) to keep it at it's largest and still fall within the required 12KB?

Here is is in larger form...maybe you can resize it for me? These "KB's" confuse me.

ok, i did some work on your image. Photoshop does great work with stuff like this. It is now only 8kb. And i uploaded it to you profile. BTW, you can always click on the email icon next to the username of people posting to send them an email.

the icon should be next to the poster name and location. there is also a profile button.
