Anyone else see the report about the USA cutting emissions .8% since Bush took office? That's without Kyoto. Kyoto was a scheme set up by other nations to rob the US economy. We are already working on getting away from fossil fuels, which more has been done under Bush than any other administration, so why do we need something that would just suck the money from us and give it to the lazier nations.
The reason some European countries are trying to get out is because they aren't get the money they thought they would and it is hurting there economy and their socialist governments are hurting.
Oh, and Bush did not cause the climate change that we are experiencing, it has been in affect for over 150 years, probably longer. _________________ Lars

Bush and his "oil buddies" another political "spin". Its a myth.
On global warming, yes it exists and so does global cooling. Every 12,000 years or so we see a new cycle. We are in the middle of a slightly 'warm' period right now. A few more thousand years and it will begin to cool again. Its a natural Earth process.
Earth time dwarfs what we are experiencing now. The last 150 years are but a spec of Earth time, a blip. There isn't enough data anyway to scientifically conclude that man-made warming is actually happening. The media loves it though....say it enough times and it must be true!
