There is a hose going from the valve cover over to the brake master cylinder(i think). When my engine sputters at idle or misses I see a spark at the end where it is attached to the valve cover? This isn't normal I'm assuming...

I know everything is possible with these 02's, but I never heard of something like this before. I guess we need a better description or a picture to help.
