Actions speak for themselves, I suspect Al has lost a lot of future business already, simply from the amount of 'can you please get back to me" posts over the last few months.

Give it up K-swiss, you make it sound like its one or 2 people out to get Al.  I don't think thats the case.  People are just looking for a bit of customer service and respect.  If he runs 1 business or 10, I really couldn't care less, and I don't think anyone else does either. They just want the product they paid for.  I fully agree with what Justin said on this.

Customer service counts, and in the end, actions speak louder than words, or excuses.

And for Gods sake, give up YOUR vendetta against Esty already...do you have to bring that up in every other post?  Its getting kinda tiresome.
