Hopefully this Saturday I will be picking up an 1987 E30 325 to become my new daily driver. The car's body is in pretty good shape. It's schwarz with black covers over the seats. The bottle cap wheels are nicely painted with new wheels.
Engine and tranny (it's an automatic) seem ok in the test drive I made.
Hasn't had the timing belt changed (might as well change the water pump)
It has sunroof and AC (needs charging).
The seller told me it's time for a rear brake pads replacement.
The front windshield is cracked.
It will require plenty of TLC in the interior.
* The glove box has no latch,
* The digital clock is not working,
* Some faceplate plastic covers are missing
* The steering wheel has a 4 inch circumference segment missing,
* The passenger side power window is not working,
* The dash has several cracks,
* The driver's side under dash cardboard is missing,
* The manual sunroof handle works but does not stay on.
* The bumper side sidemarkers are missing (maybe this is why the turn signals don't work)

Besides the brilliant minds on this board that I will reach out to for advice on this new acquisition, is there a forum that shares tips, DIY's articles, etc. for E30's?
I'll post pictures on Saturday.
