Yesterday was dyno day. There was a clear reason for lean mixture at high rpm. Quote from the wizard "No wonder - these air jets are crazy big".
After few runs and changing couple of jets he got it working very well and the result was about 200 hp / 230 Nm. Torque stays between 225 and 230Nm from 4000 to 7200 rev limit. He also said he doesn't remember measuring that high power with only 36 mm throats! I'm quite pleased :-D
Power increase from last time was about 30 hp's without actually opening the engine. Changes were double 45's instead of one with Lynx manifold, dry sump, moving alternator to rear axle and electric water pump.
