Subject: HELP!!! Oil coming from #3 exhaust port HELP!!!!

Today I changed out my stock exhaust manifold on my 1976 2002 with a "XYZ" brand. I could not get the top exhaust stud in #3 but decided to start up anyway.
After letting it run OPEN header for an Extremely loud 10 seconds there was a pool of OIL on the garage floor. It was coming from #3 cylinder. I am a mechanical noobie, can you help me with my problem?
