Hi All,

I am moving out of the country for a year, so am selling my 1976 2002A (Automatic), aka Snowflake (so named by a former owner’s wife).

Snowflake is originally an Arizona car, brought North in the early 1990’s. It currently has 88K miles on it. I have been the owner since May 2004, and it was in excellent condition when I purchased it. Since then, I have had considerable work done to the car. Receipts in excess of $10K over the last 4 years, including annual maintenance inspections. The car is always parked in secure underground parking.

Work done includes:

Pre-2004: New interior, engine rebuild, Weber carb, Pertronix electronic ignition

2004/05: New wheel bearings and ball joints, new alternator

2006: Front brakes, new battery, major body restoration and new paint ($3200), all new body seals & gaskets (doors, trunk, handles, mirrors, etc) ($500), all new body mouldings ($1200)

2007/8: Major engine work: cylinder head rebuild, new head gasket, new valve guides and valve stem repairs, electrical and alternator work, new heater and coolant hoses, gas pedal, lights.

I am asking $9500 obo. Contact me at jay_rustulka@hotmail.com or 604-418-9910 if you have any questions or wish to view.

Great looking car!!!

I know some people may think it's overpriced considering it's not a Tii, but in our part of the world a decent 2002 is worth a lot more than in the U.S.

Good luck with the sale!!

Btw - You might want to try posting it on craigslist, as well as on www.bimmerclassics.net. Mostly E30 guys, but quite a few guys interested in 2002s and they're mostly local.
