Are there any sources out there for the NOS italian clear signals? I assume they'll never be a Mobile Tradition part.
Anyone know of someone with some to sell? :)
Thanks,

Try your local witch doctor, get him to put a curse on everyone who has a set and watch them pop up on fleaBay.
They are very had to get, and are around $400+ for the pair, last time I saw them.
Good luck in your search.

I've been saving for a while. I think the final steps are the clear signals and the BBS RM's... dare I call a wheel beautiful?

Good thoughts, I am going to email him and see what he has.
I am actually looking for these, which he has a mighty fine picture of:

Wow those are not even the Italians, the Italians have half red and half clear. I have never seen pure clear before. Frankly I dont think I would want to have the fairly ugly internals of my lights to be so visable. For about 1/2 to 1/3 of the price of the Italians you can buy NOS euros. God knows what someone would charge for those you are looking for. _________________ 75 2002

its possible those are stripped italians. I know the paint on the inside of mine is very sensitive and not adhered on well. Simply cleaning the inside of the lens with windex resulted in some of the ink coming off.
I'd imagine you could scrape the amber off a set pretty easily to make pure clear lenses... If you wanted to. _________________ click signature above for my resto blog

Italians are front half clear, back half amber. I heard brake fluid can "take off" the amber. I'm not about to try mine! _________________ John in VA

I think you may be right, it's been a while.
I would like red/clear as well. Just not a big amber fan :)

I bought mine from Cahsel 4 years ago and waited to install them after the car was painted.

Italian blinkers are UGLY I hate them :) stay away from them.
No honestly, just keep your eyes open. I scored mine for a great price off ebay. Not just that, but he even gave me and extra left. Which was sold here to Armond. _________________ E36M3 535im 70Bristol02
