You obviously can't see anything except what you want to see. I merely joked about buying my house because he got his book deal. So i will be serious. I am sure he is a nice guy, he got into politics and got on the union bandwagon in chicago. He got elected to state politics, good for him. I happen to think that he might get elected and is so beholding to unions that he will bend to their will quite easily. He owes them. Cost of labor determines a lot about markets. Vote the way you want and I will answer anyway I feel like answering. I still have the first amendment to protect me, oh and the second to protect the first. This is my opinion and it influences my vote, just as your opinion influences yours.

Barak Hussein is another flip flopper. Will say anything but do nothing once elected. He will use Bush as an excuse since he wont be able to accomplish things. He's no leader. You'll see. I hope I'm wrong.

please, specifically, tell me why, with your evidence, how bush has caused the economy to be where it is. i'm guessing you have none.

also, back to the original post, there are no excuses for the democrats getting below market interest rates on their home loans, given the position they are in and the way the loans were originated with phone calls to the head of countrywide. if anything, dodd and the others should make sure not to have any sign of favors being done. if hastert had done this, dodd and others would be screaming for his head, and cnn, abc, the ny times would all be leading with this story instead of ignoring it. armond is exactly on point.
