I am just seeing if anybody knows much about cats and if it is ok for them to eat vegetables, and yes, I am being serious. I have been living with an older lady for almost 3 months now and she cooks me the best home dinners everynight. About 6 weeks ago, I had a dinner with roast chicken and the usual, mash potatoes, corn, and broccoli. I sat my plate down on the floor for a brief second and I come back and Biscuit, my cat, has eaten all the broccoli off the plate and didn't even touch the chicken!
Since finding out about that, the lady has been cooking veggies for Bisc weekly. They include carrots, califlower, broccoli, and Biscuit's now favorite, cabbage! I knew Bisc liked chickpeas but this is unreal! She eats regular cat food too along with other meat (yes, roo meat too), but I'm not sure if it's ok for her to eat veggies all that often. Does anybody know?
