Subject: Happy 500k!!!

wow we broke 1/2 a million posts Sheesh!!

I had planned on doing something when we broke the 500 k mark
as of now 503085

but i've been SOO busy with RL stuff I've not had time to come on much...

and it went by

so um.. happy 500K FAQ!

No wonder Steves server gets the clogged bowels from time to time!!

Michael, just go to the memberlist at the bottom of the page and sort by total posts, descending. Esty is number 1, followed by Blunt!

yeah that only counts the last 200,000 posts or so -- the archived posts aren't considered in this calculation. Although Blunt was pretty loud in those too..

pretty good this year. Not huge numbers but they were really really big. I broke my pole on the last one. Shattered it right on the edge of the bank. Biggest steelhead I ever caught.. probably around 20 lbs. It was a down streamer so I let it go. It would have been even larger going up stream but it was finished spawning and heading back to the ocean.

All done now.. been catching trout on the flies though.. for stocking my pond. Thats been fun.

You get any fishing in?

no, too busy helping my son get his car put back together, and the motor in my tii is all apart waiting reassembly.

i will look you up sometime though and see if i can get you to tell me where the good spots to fish are.

OK like I told you.. I own a good jag of a great steelhead creek so maybe next year we can try to get some.. not bad for salmon lower down too.

we can argue politics and drink some beers while hauling in the big ones!!
