Subject: Advice needed! Camber/height/ for alignment

I'm interested in what people think would be a good starting point for positioning my Ireland engineering camber plates before i go get an alignment done monday,
i'm basically looking for a good street set-up.

I've got brand new 205/40r17 tires, and don't want them wearing out weird.
i also have 13" wheels but the 17" are going on for now.

I can also adjust the front ride height due to the coilovers. but i'm not sure if these 02's are supposed to have any rake eg. 911 porsche is supposed to be 1 inch higher in rear for weight and turning reasons.

What's a good starting point, camber/height?

Thanks
