It was black with a sunroof. It actually looked pretty cool. It's so small, one of our cars would look like an 74 ford LTD next to it.

Saw a yellow one last week in Atlanta on I285 surrounded by semis...The driver must've been scared to death...

I saw one last week just a few blocks from my house. It was surrounded by suburbans. It looked like you could easily fit it in a suburban!

I think the odds of surviving a crash down here in the land of SUV's is low...

Subject: They are really well constructed. Two years ago, I and my

wife were in Italy, I was driving a Smart FourFour (for door version). We were in a horrible head-on crash with both vehicles traveling 50 MPH. The other party was killed by the impact, both my wife and I were OK (we mostly, but that is a longer story). The key piece is that both our doors opened and the passenger compartment was intact.

Check out UTUBE, there is a clip from Top Gear when they crashed a Smart FourTwo into a Jersey barrier at 50 MPH. Those little things are built well.

Cheers!

WE WENT TO THE MICROCAR NATIONALS LAST YEAR IN
MADISON , GEORGIA .

THERE WAS A CARAVAN OF A DOZEN SMART CARS THERE
THAT DROVE DOWN FROM CANADA !

THESE CARS AR SURPRISINGLY ROADWORTHY AS WELL AS CRASHWORTHY . MOST EVERYONE ELSE AT THE SHOW USED A
TRAILER TO GET OUR LITTLE CARS DOWN THERE .

THE SMART CAR STILL LOOKS BIG NEXT TO AN ISETTA .

HERE ARE SOME YOU-TUBES THAT MY DAUGHTER MADE THERE :

There is a lady in town here that drives one everyday. I wouldn't mind having one.
