A little OT, but it is a BMW. Thought CD would like it. Guy rode it from Mass to Calif years ago. Now has a Body shop in Santa Barbara. What do ya think?

Very cool. If it were Minnesota it would even be more of a Zen & the Art tribute tour. I'd love to do a thing like that someday. The US is endless.

I'll be riding my R27 (18HP @ 7,400 rpm) this weekend
in a 250-mile MOTOGIRO 2-Day rally in the catskill Mt's
(starting in Plattsville, NY. Ski ) About 100 Pre-1968, up
to 250cc machines entered. Damn RAIn in the forecast!
Sticky AVON tyres do the business.
