No affiliation, I am pretty sure it is a tii. Haven't inspected the car because I am not in the market, but from the outside the car looks super clean (stock) and I think it has bottle caps on it. Is at one of those small car broker places called "D&B Auto Brokers" on El Camino Real (just a few blocks up from Whipple Avenue).

I saw that as well. I believe it is the same one that I have seen for sale a few times in the past. I talked to the guy about it and he wanted at least $9k for it. If it's indeed the same car, it is turbocharged, MS'd, 5 speeded, LSD'd, etc. Very nice car but he doesn't know much about the work done to it.
