Well i was trying to get it done by this week but ive come across some more rust!!! I had tears in my eyes, its in the floor pan but its not that serious. Hopfully gona take it out on monday or tuesday and then i can do interior.
Other than that the seals and proofcoat have being done same for the exhaust. PICS
Pretty good workmanship on the system, just had the dogs and a flang put in.

Hey mate, been a long time since ive been on the faq but you've come a long way and it looks bloody awsome! Once you've fixed the alternator, take it up into the hills for a photo sesh and post your results. Looks great mate,

Glad you got to wheel it around the block a few times though! I'm looking forward to that myself. |
Yes we are a sick bunch and yes that first drive was oh so wonderful, until i realised the car was pulling too the right because i didn't bleed the brakes properly and the horn and indicator canceler was not working but yes that first drive to get registration was brilliant! _________________ I dont understand the german gauges!

The only other rust is in the front guards and the firewall passenger side rest of the car is spick and span. Also anyone in sydney looking for body work i suggest Astrum body shop in Gladesville 5k for re-spray and rust repair |
Just wondering if you had any feedback on Astrum now that you're at the final stages of the build? I've got another project car (not an 02) and I'm looking for a beater and sprayer.

Say no more. Speed is of the essence with this one, so it might have to go elsewhere.
Btw, where are you based in Sydney, are you local to Gladesville? If so, I'm pretty close. Would be great to check out your project. _________________ 1973 Chamonix auto squarie
