Subject: does the e30 rear sub-frame mount up measurements?

what i'd like to know is if the e30 rear subframe mounting pins are in the same position as the 2002 subframe pins.
I'd like to bolt up the whole e30 rear subframe and maby just weld the diff support bracket in.
I really just want a bullet proof rear end, i dont want to worry about blowing my tii diff while driving the car hard/tracking.

cheers.

No they're not in the same positions, to put an E30 subframe in 2002. the pins need to be 40mm wider apart and 30mm further forward.

I don't worry about my E21 diffs.

Not only are they stout, they're very cheap.

That makes me cheerful.

Do you think the e21 diffs can handle around 325whp?, if they could that would make me happy
