I've recently rejoined the "active" '02 community and came back to this board for the great friendship and knowledge that was offered here in the past.
I've seen multiple posts that have had 60+ views with no comments.... no, "wow, your paint looks great", no "thanks Skip for brining in more 02ers", only a lot of "biscuit your ass is fat".
Is that really what this group has turned into? We used to care about each other and have answers and needed (and damn well deserved) pats on the back for a lot of hard work on our cars.
Color me bitchy, I don't care. I'm going to try and take a stab at altering the atmosphere around here a little. If anyone else wants to, feel free to jump on the band wagon, or tell me my ass is fat too. _________________ so this baby seal walks into a club...

Keep in mind that we get trolled by spam bots almost continuously so view counts are not really accurate for real people viewing threads.. a lot of them are dang robots who don't have a human brain behind the screen.

Notice that I didn't say your ass was fat but I referenced a recent thread in which you said that others on this board talked about your ass as being fat.
Thanks for the support. I'm just saying that a couple years ago it was a much "nicer" place to drink beer at night and hang out on the computer, and I'd like to do what I can to bring it back around there. _________________ so this baby seal walks into a club...

Oh well. It's not hard to see that I don't care how others see me, but I suppose you are right. I've had a look at a few threads and some of them start out normal and then who know what the hell happens by the end! Everyone starts typing in CAPITOLS!
