Now that all the body & paint work is finished on my '72 2002tii project car, we're on to the assembly phase.

Here are some shots of the interior with the sound dampening material that I installed a couple weeks ago.

Followed by shots, taken earlier this week of the start of the assembly process over on the mechanical side of VSR's shop, e.g., sub frames, suspension, brakes, wiring, gas tank, etc..

Hopefully, things will go smoothly over the next couple of weeks and we'll be ready for a road test sometime in April. I'll post more pictures of progress in a few weeks.

I can tell I'm going to like your car already! I really like a lot of the components you've put into your project, that diff cover is amazing. Keep us posted please.

I love the work you've done. I didn't go all out like you did due to time and money. Of course most of the work were done similar to yours except totally stripped the car.
Excellent work project.
