Anyone know what's up with Al? I ordered a headliner from him a month ago and haven't received it. A couple of phone messages have not been returned and the only thing I've heard is that he was injured working on an '02. Hope everything is okay, but my wife is going to kill me if I don't get the headliner in soon and the rest of the junk out of the dining room before Thanksgiving.

Not interested in a fight or any negative publicity for Al, I'm genuinely concerned for him since he has been great for me in the past. I just wondered if any of you guys might have an alternate contact number or know if he is okay.

Well, it's been raining a LOT up here in the last few weeks- I wonder if he's gotten washed down the Fraiser? heh heh, Toby my 2002 is not waterproof any more....

saw he out the other night. He didn't mention that he was injured?? He has fallen off of the earth before when he has lots on his plate. I wouldn't get too worried. I have seen stuff take over two weeks just in the mail from the US to Canada.

Thanks Rob for catching this thread, I would like to hear from Al, as well. I have been waiting since I sent him my paypal payment on July 19 for a seat cover. It was supposed to take 8 to 10 weeks. We are getting close to 16 weeks, and he has not returned any of my emails from the past month. I would just like to hear something about the status. Was it sent and lost in the mail ? Chuck in NC

I don't understand why you guys like to get on Esty so bad about passing on useful info.

If you order from Al yes you will get a top quality set of carpet but you will also wait a while.

While nobody has any problem with getting top quality stuff some folks ( myself included ) have a problem with waiting ( it appears sometimes months ) a good chunk of time for it to arrive, not to mention the poor communication skills that Mr Larson seems to have at times.

Why shouldn't she be allowed to crap on any thread where he is mentioned. I still believe we have a free market economy and information about company's you may want to use is not censored.

What's the big deal.

Seriously, though...I hope Al is OK. Whenever I have dealt with him (wool headliner, etc.), he did right by me. We had our little confrontation long ago but we kissed and made up (so-so kisser by the way, J/K) and I have grown to like the big fella...He's a real '02 guy who takes a lot of pride in his work. I can't comment on other people's experiences but that's mine...

anyone paying attention to this particular thread might notice, there appears to be other bad faith issues here...maybe not.... but from where i'm standing, i see another "big guy" problem
