I vote for a single color, but, if you've got your heart set on two-tone, I think the one on the left looks better.

The solid or striped cars (alpina style) cars always look better then a ford F350 paint scheam. These cars have clasic colors and paint lets keep them looking good.

first problem is, its an ugly pic of an ugly white car with ugly wheels,... ;-p

(inside joke @ ray, everyone else stay out of it!! ;-p)

seriously, i like neither. i like solid white, with maybe a PINstripe of red for that TOUCH of color (to match gaudy esty interior =p)

Definitely LEFT

and have you considered leaving the top red and just the mid-section white? i think THAT would be a neat combo.

to finish the look, get some whitewall tires.

no, really, i'm serious.

I vote left. It gives it a more complete look. The right seems like there is something missing or done half way.

Don't forget to put on the Coca Cola stickers when you're done. hehe.

Right... Though like many of the above, I'd go with a single colour...

My buddy did this one for me, P-chop of what mine should look like.

I like the simple belt line color switch.

I think I'd try to find a couple of colors that didn't quite clash so much though.

i painted it last summer and just starting to put it back together, saw the pic of your's and decided to do something to mine that would cause it to be different....so if you purists want to blame someone....blame mr pinepig for my inspiration

coca-cola...lol....and i thought you guys didn't have much imagination

keep the ideas coming...

say...i wonder if i could find some coke roundels for the hood and trunk.....

Hi esty

I recently met a fella with a white touring who had made it look really cool! He picked out sertain area's black as I have done on your pic here/ He did the rear panel like this and the lower lip on the front end of the car. Maybe you could do something subtle like this?

There's my 2 cents worth!

However, if you decide to go with the left, I prefer the top to painted like this blue 02 (image) from Top End's site ( http://www.racetep.com/bmwmainframe.html ).

Are you planning on painting the stripe Chamonix, an alpine white or Sahara? As the car is very red, I think Sahara might be the best bet for a two tone.

Good luck either way and while I am adding my two cents, the car would look better with shortie bumpers, maybe a rear from a 1969, which doesnt go back to the rear wheel well.

I like the one on the right but maybe a more subtle color. Possibly the Fjord, Florida or even Polaris. But hell don't listen to me I would love to put a stripe on my car but I think I'm too old; besides I like to fly under the radar.

The car on the right looks much cleaner, but whichever you choose to go with I'm sure it would look great.

i'm gonna do the white in ford wimbeldom white....the colors on the car i'm using to illustrate was phoshop'd and the colors aren't exact.....the white i'm using is sorta between chamonix and sahara...and i do have small bumpers...just got them this week

I reckon you should add faux wood trim down the side, that would look sweet!
