Contact info would probably be a good idea too
phone number, email, etc.
I get tired of looking at ads that require a board post to contact, or request email of the seller.

I'd also like included in the Header something that indicates that it is not a direct sale. Like, if its ebay, don't put FOR SALE or FS, but FOR AUCTION or FA.

I hate disappointment, and that is what I feel every time I check a FS post that I am interested in, only to find its not for sale at all-- but an auction that supports a commercial site (not even the FAQ)

to me, this is a type of SPAM

maybe i'll play around with the beta site to where people have to choose a category for the sale and append the subject with that category.

Probabably not too hard to do something like that.
