I posted about this a while back...just wanted to make sure...
I have a serious positive camber problem. I just wore down the outside of my Yokohamas in the front after only 1200 miles or so. It happened after I changed out the suspension components up front. The alignment guys said that it's not fixable through alignment adjustments. I got some advice to loosen the suspension, then lower the car and retighten. I suppose I should make sure everything's all greased up well.
Is there anything that I'm missing here?
Thanks in advance.

""after I changed out the suspension components up front"" ?????
SURE ABOUT THE ORDER OF SAID COMPONENTS ? - DID YOU RE-INSTALL THE USA BUMPER RAISER SPACER THAT should have been left out ?
How about ride height? , how is the car sitting in the front?
sure your not tearing up the tires from too much

Thats the first thing i thought too was that it's a toe problem. 1200 miles is not enough to kill a set of tires from a camber problem.
Measure the distance between the front and rear of your front tires. This should tell you if the toe is out. If the front number reads smaller than the back number, then that is most likely your problem.

My first thought was a toe problem as well. The front camber varies a little with ride height but not very much. What components were replaced?

Ireland Engineering Urethane bushings (all three on each side)
New ball joints
Polyurethane bushings on new sway bar links
Ireland Engineering Stage 1 springs
Bilstein HD strut inserts
New upper strut bearings
...Toe-in sounds quite plausable....I'll check that too.
What is the "USA BUMPER RAISER SPACER" that c.d.iesel said needed to be left out?
Thanks in advance,

The USA Bumper Raiser Spacer is i THINK only on the later cars with big bumpers. It is about 1/2 inch (iirc) aluminum spacer that sits on top of the strut, so that when you reinstall the strut, it raises the front of the car up slightly. This could cause positive camber, but not much.
I'd start with toe. It shouldnt take long, granted you have 2 people, to find out.
You just need to measure the distance between the front and the rear of the tires. If the distance at the front is smaller than the rear, than that is your problem.

I sliced open the front inner fender wells and spliced in spacers on one of my '02s so that I could use the large diameter autox springs I had installed in car years ago. Then I made up some camber plates with an integrated chassis brace so that I could change camber easily. I will try to get some photos.
