My wife loves the Elise!
That is a good thing.
I am taking babysteps on this one.
Show her a picture of one every now and then.
We saw one on parked on the street and stopped for a looksee.
I bought the Matchbox car of a yellow Elise and have that sitting out in my garage.
I am waiting for the sales brochure to arrive in the mail.
Now I just need to get her to breakdown and go test drive one.
Maybe plan a breakfast date and ~just happen~ to be near the Lotus dealer?

Good luck test driving one. they are pretty much sold out untill model change, but people are still able to get them somehow. It is probably the best handling car on the market and is just under $50k with all the right options. 2005s have LSD :)
