I have made a couple changes to the forum.

1. the number of topics on the front page is now 45 instead of 30. Please let me know if it now takes too long to load the forum index page. On my fast connection it takes 7 seconds for threaded and 3 seconds for flat view.

2. i have enabled pruning of the Off Topic and Test forums. The topics will be kept for approximately 45 days. I don't think that should cause too many issues.
