driving home from work yesterday, it's dark outside, and my phone rings, so i pull into an empty parking lot to pick it up, and notice out of the corner of my eye, that another car followed me in... something caught my attention and when i realized that i didn't really want to answer my phone, i did a double-take and noticed it was an older bmw that pulled in behind me. i looked over and the guy waved, so i got out to say hi.

the guy was rocking a GORGEOUS E30 M3, red, totally pimped, and just wanted to tell me that my 02 was nice (it isn't) and that he'd been following me for a mile or so and wanted to check it out. there aren't a whole lot of 02's around here, so it was cool that he stopped to say hi.

i want to drive that M3, i tell ya. it looked amazing.

guy's name is Pat, not an 02 guy, but is a boston CCA member and does J-stock racing with another M3 he's got. nice guy.

can't wait to own a worthy 02 or other bmw that i'm not ashamed to show people! :)
