Subject: Advice for parting car

I bought a fairly nice 88 325i out of California, towed it to Utah with the intentions of pulling motor and wiring I need for M20 swap.

What is the best way to part a car out? The car is 4 door auto with black leather interior, lots of fun computer gadgets in dash and clean exterior except for front fender panels, everything else is clean and rust free.

Appreciate any help as it will contribute to my M20 fund.

Thanks alot,

Shane

Sounds way too nice to part. Sell it complete and buy a used engine and whatever else you need for the 02, lots of money left over and way less hassle.
Unless of course it's a rusty piece of shit.

Just start unbolting things...thats what I do. If any bolts dont come off, I take out the torch. I can get an 02 completely parted in less than one day and I'm sure an e30 I could get done just as quickly...it's easy.
