Subject: FS? 1971 2002ti

I am going to entertain offers on this car, so tempt me. 1971 BMW 2002ti, with every performance option that was available at the time, thats right, Q/R steering box, C/R 5speed, 3.64 LSD, big brakes it is all there! Also PO said the motor was a Korman build and I believe it after driving the car, whether it is or isn't motor has been balanced and blueprinted, Aluminum flywheel unknown weight. This car needs a restoration but runs and drives great! Also some old school ATS 13x7 cup wheels and ratty e21 recaros. I know I will regret selling it, but there are other opportunities knocking. Email me if you are interested, as I have many more photos. Thanks, Z

More information, this car was originally purchased in Panama, in the canal zone. Engine is not a Korman build but does have a Korman cam,300 deg duration. Flares and airdam were done in the early 80's. Sunroof is not original to the car although it looks quite stock. I spoke with the guy that built the engine, he couldn't remember too much though as he built it over 20 years ago. This is a true 2002ti, a BMW Motorsports car when BMW Motorsports was a bunch of engineers sitting in the local Gastkeller swilling the local brew!
