Is there any way to view all the titles of the replies to the threads without loading the entire thread (in thread view format) on the front page?
Often I'd view (or not view) a thread just because of who had replied. I don't have time to read them all.

Are you saying you'd like to have a thread view that only expands the topics you select, rather than the thread view of the whole page?
I'm not sure what you are asking, if you have used the thread view already. You did try clicking the button to change the view, right?

instead of just the subject line of the post, you used to be able to see the replies to the post on the main page and their subject line(s).

thanks for the replies, I don't know why that wasn't obvious to me. When I used it before I got the complete thread to load with one page, but nothing changed on the main page?

Try it in your profile (at the bottom of the page). There will be a selection for "Flat" or "Threaded View".
