Subject: WTB 2002Ti, '69 or earlier

Hi all,
I have a friend who is in the market for a 2002Ti, '69 or earlier for a race car project. Completeness is not a big issue as the car will be stripped and rebuilt as a dedicated vintage race car, but a Ti VIN is important due to the sanctioning body regs. West of the Rockies is better just due to transport cost, but not a show stopper.

You can send email to me if you know of a car.

Thanks,

Tony

Hi Tony,

Yeh, if you find one..... why not look for two? I've wanted a real "ti" for years.....and have pretty much given up finding even a "rusty" example worth restoring.

My old 68' 2002 was as close as I could find locally..... SC powered non withstanding. I had twin solexes on it for many a year! Still have em' too.

Aloha from Maui,
WH

Does it have to be a '69? I have two 1970 original ti's for sale. Correct VINs, Solexes, airboxes, Euro lights and bumpers, Euro license plate brackets and lights, correct vented steering wheel, rear shoulder belts, etc. etc. Both cars run but need total restorations.
Unfortunately, they are located in Calgary, Alberta.
