Subject: master cylinder resevoir options?

So I have a e21 resevoir on my mc (for those who are not aware, it sits right on the master; it is not remote)... and its freakin weathered banana yellow and every time I look in my engine bay thats all i can see. BMW wants a ridiculous amount for a new one... any other options out there for a res that sits right on the master cylinder that is cheaper? I hate my dirty, yelllow existing one so much, that one day I'm gonna have a moment of weakness and take out a loan for a new one.

thanks!
Matt

When you need to change the fluid next time, remove the reservoir and scrub it with some cleansing powder w/bleach like Comet. I did this to my VDO washer fluid bottle and it came out really nice.

Thanks jim, I thought the plastic itself was yellowed through and through, not just the top 'layer'. Ill give it a shot.
